Our mission is to empower international medical graduates (IMGs) with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to excel in the competitive field of healthcare in the United States. We aim to provide IMGs with valuable opportunities for observerships and externships in US medical facilities, enhancing their understanding of the US healthcare system.

Matching IMGs with Observership / Externship Opportunities: 

Facilitate the connection between international medical graduates and U.S. medical facilities, helping IMGs secure observerships and externships in their chosen specialties.

Educational Support: 

Provide IMGs with educational resources and materials to prepare them for their observerships/externships, including cultural sensitivity training, language proficiency support, and healthcare system orientation.

Mentorship: 

Pair IMGs with experienced mentors from U.S. medical institutions to guide them throughout their observership/externship experience, offering valuable insights and career advice.

Networking and Community Building: 

Foster a supportive community of IMGs, alumni, mentors, and partners to encourage collaboration, share experiences, and create a network for future career opportunities.
